Join us for a sunrise trek to the summit of Mt. Batur (1717 meters) and experience the awesome beauty of an active volcano. Trekking in the cool, early morning darkness (torches, hiking sticks and wet weather gear supplied, if needed), we begin the one to two hour ascent (not difficult) to arrive in time to witness a glorious sunrise and experience the stunning morning vlews of the surrounding crater and lake. This trek is a relatively easy climb and is suitable for most persons and children.
